On Saturday the 4th of July 1998, over 5000 people gathered at the French Republic Square in downtown Zagreb where a giant screen television was set up in a large park. The crowd were very excited for this quarter final match and the supporters were dressed in red, white and blue wearing the jerseys of their favorite players: Suker, Boban, Jarni all were well represented.

where about 10 000 people gathered to celebrate the big victory...
